The "ToolMan Trust" is a charitable trust set up to launch initiatives with the intent of improving New Zealanders lives. These initiatives are all "community based" and are solely for the strengthening of communities in Aotearoa.
It's intention is to work closely with communities,local and central Governments in view of providing a more personal and individualised service to each community as required.
It will undertake research on issues and collate this into forms through which it can provide solutions for all communities. This research will extend in regards to having healthy homes and also in regards to aid needed for the disabled,sick and unemployed.
The point in doing this is to build a "stronger" community spirit and to develop infrastructures needed other than that provided by Local and Central Governments.This is to fill the gap outside of funding from these sources.
The name of the trust as in the "ToolMan Trust" is defined by the definition of the word "tool". That definition is "a device that is used to produce or achieve something but is not consumed". It is it's intention to have longevity in it's service to New Zealanders.
It's purpose is wholly to be there for New Zealanders to have access to an organisation, for individuals and groups for the purpose of the promotion of "Pride and Integrity" in Aotearoa with the intentions of making this place a better place to live, for all citizens.
