Fair Trade Organic Favourites
Flavoured Lattes	a traditional creamy espresso beverage with a flavoured syrup added to enhance the flavour.

Mocha Collection	combines espresso coffee with chocolate, to provide rich espresso and the sweet smooth taste of chocolate with steamed milk. Available in Dark or White Chocolate and Strawberry White Chocolate.

Caramel Macchiato	a milk based beverage with half the normal amount of espresso, milk poured over the espresso with the added flavour of Caramel.
Classic Latte	a traditional creamy espresso based beverage.
Classic Cappuccino	the italian favourite, espresso combined with steamed milk and foam, garnished with chocolate powder or cinnamon
Classic Flat White	New Zealand’s most popular espresso beverage. A double strength espresso, made with steamed milk.
Traditional Americano	rich, single espresso diluted with hot water.
Long Black	rich espresso diluted with water.
Traditional Espresso	commonly referred to as “the foundation of coffee”. Also available in Espresso Macchiato – rich espresso marked with foam and Espresso Con Panna – rich espresso topped with whipped cream.

Hot Chocolate Collection	a traditional milk based beverage, made with rich chocolate syrup and topped with chocolate or cinnamon sprinkle. Available in Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate or Hazlenut – something there for all chocolate lovers!
Extreme Toffee Latte	a coffee based, milky beverage with the delicious flavour of toffee.
Double Fudge	a delicious coffee based beverage, made with steamed milk and the rich flavour of fudge.
Chai Latte	a lovely creamy beverage, made with steamed milk and the distinct and spicy flavour of cinnamon, a wonderful alternative to hot chocolate.
Caramel Chai Latte	a lovely creamy beverage, made with steamed milk with the distinct and spicy flavour of cinnamon and the added flavour of caramel.
Apple Pie Cider	made with hot spicy apple juice, with the subtle flavours of cinnamon.

Frappes	our creamy, refreshing frappes are blended with ice and available in Smooth Mocha, Caramel, Toffee Coffee, White Chocolate, Double Fudge and Latte. Great for those hot days when you feel like something decadent!
Shakes	our rich, creamy shakes are blended with milk and ice and available in any of our special gourmet syrup flavours.
Smoothies	our creamy, real-fruit packed smoothies are full of flavour and blended with milk and ice and are 98% fat free when made with trim milk. Wonderful on a hot day when you feel like something fruity and refreshing!
Granitas	our refreshing, real-fruit packed granitas are full of flavour and are wonderful and icy, perfect for cooling down on that hot day!
Classics over Ice	try your favourite drink cold – available in Iced Chocolate, Iced Latte and Iced Mocha.

The essence of our coffee is our Fairtrade organic custom-blended and custom-roasted coffee beans, made to perfection and delivered to the highest standards.  Every item on our menu is made from the freshest, top quality ingredients.  Our 100% Arabica beans are roasted fresh in New Zealand and we grind the coffee fresh to your cup every time using the latest in barista technology.  This process maximises freshness and flavour and guarantees the highest quality every time. 

Because we are so passionate about the quality of the experience we deliver to our customers, a vital ingredient to providing that excellence is the carefully chosen, blended and freshly roasted coffee beans served in all our coffee beverages.   All our coffee is roasted fresh in New Zealand and is delivered to our stores several times a week to ensure the coffee you drink is always as fresh as it can possibly be.

We are also passionate about the people who grow the beans we cherish so highly and the environment in which the beans are grown, hence our adoption of the rules that govern Fairtrade in Coffee and Organic Growing.  All our espresso beverages, with the exception of decafe, are now made using Fairtrade Organic beans.
